Warranty Coverage

All POLTER PUMPS products come with comprehensive warranty coverage against manufacturing defects. Our warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship
  • Motor winding failures under normal use
  • Impeller and mechanical seal defects
  • Electrical component failures

Warranty Period

Monoblock Pumps: 12 months from date of purchase

Submersible Pumps: 12 months from date of purchase

Motors: 12 months from date of purchase

Booster Assemblies: 12 months from date of purchase

How to Claim Warranty

To claim warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our authorized dealer or service center
  2. Provide original warranty card and invoice
  3. Describe the issue with product details
  4. Our team will inspect and process the claim

Warranty Terms

1. Coverage: Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of defective parts at the discretion of POLTER PUMPS. Transportation costs for warranty claims are borne by the customer.

2. Exclusions: Warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, negligence, accidents, voltage fluctuations, or natural calamities. Consumable parts like seals, bearings, and O-rings are not covered after initial installation.

3. Transferability: Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser with valid proof of purchase.

4. Dealer Warranty: Products sold through authorized dealers are covered under dealer warranty. Please contact your dealer for initial warranty claims.

5. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
