We deliver across India through our authorized dealer network. For direct orders, we ship to all major cities and towns via trusted logistics partners. Remote areas may require additional delivery time.
Standard delivery: 7-10 business days for most locations. Express delivery available for select cities. Bulk orders may require 15-20 business days depending on product availability and customization requirements.
All products are securely packaged in industrial-grade corrugated boxes with foam padding to prevent damage during transit. Heavy pumps are shipped on wooden pallets for safe handling.
Freight Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on destination, weight, and volume of the order. For bulk orders, freight may be borne by the buyer or included in the quotation as agreed.
Insurance: All shipments are insured against transit damage. In case of damage during shipping, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged goods and packaging.
Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor the shipment status.
Installation: Shipping does not include installation. Please arrange for a qualified electrician/plumber for pump installation at your site.
