Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice. Products with manufacturing defects are eligible for return under warranty terms regardless of time limits.
Defective or incorrect products can be exchanged for the same or equivalent product. Exchanges are processed after inspection and verification of the returned item. Please contact your dealer or our service center to initiate an exchange.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Step 1 - Contact: Contact your authorized dealer or our customer service within 7 days of delivery to report the issue and request a return authorization.
Step 2 - Inspection: Our technical team will inspect the product to verify the issue. For warranty claims, the product may need to be sent to our service center.
Step 3 - Resolution: Based on inspection, we will repair, replace, or refund the product as per our warranty and return policy.
Exclusions: Returns are not accepted for products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, voltage fluctuations, or natural wear and tear. Consumable parts are not eligible for return.
